Australian citizens diagnosed with ADHD may be eligible for annual reimbursements for ADHD coaching, and we assist them throughout the application process.

Appointment frequency is entirely dependent upon the individual circumstances and goals of the client.
After the initial consultation, clients typically schedule sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis, with the option to transition to monthly or drop-in sessions depending on their needs and progress through action plans.
Often studies showing successful outcomes and goal achievement through ADHD coaching are based on six-month study periods.

All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom consultations and are 1 hour in duration.
