  • Australian citizens diagnosed with ADHD may be eligible for annual reimbursements for ADHD coaching, and we assist them throughout the application process.

    For more information, enquire here.

  • Appointment frequency is entirely dependent upon the individual circumstances and goals of the client.

After the initial consultation, clients typically schedule sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis, with the option to transition to monthly or drop-in sessions depending on their needs and progress through action plans.

Often studies showing successful outcomes and goal achievement through ADHD coaching are based on six-month study periods.

  • All coaching sessions are conducted online via Zoom consultations and are 1 hour in duration.

  • At ADHD Neural Coaching, an official ADHD diagnosis is not required to begin coaching. Due to long waitlists and the complexities surrounding ADHD, we are committed to making support as accessible and inclusive as possible

  • When choosing an ADHD coach, it's essential to ensure they hold credentials from reputable organisations.

Look for coaches accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which sets global standards for coaching excellence, and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC), which focuses specifically on ADHD coaching.

These credentials indicate that the coach has undergone rigorous training and adheres to a high ethical standard.

  • Discounted monthly plans are available for those seeking to enhance their commitment to accelerating progress, including additional complimentary sessions.

  • ADHD coaching focuses on practical strategies for managing daily challenges, symptom management, improving emotional regulation, and setting achievable goals. It is action-oriented and designed to help individuals move forward in specific areas of their lives.

In contrast, therapy typically addresses emotional or psychological issues, such as trauma or mental health conditions, and focuses on healing and understanding. While both support personal growth, coaching is more about skill-building and forward momentum.

  • Clients do have access to additional support. This includes weekly accessibility via emails, texts, and accountability check-ins that can be scheduled upon request.

Izabella provides a personalised approach that involves working with me to help me find personalised strategies to manage my ADHD symptoms, rather than just telling me things that might help. Our coaching sessions help me verbally process my thoughts, as well as identify and overcome barriers that I hadn’t realised I had ben tolerating for so long.
